SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Artistic Acoustic has a 3-4 week production lead time on all orders. Shipping adds approximately 1 additional week depending on your location. After your order is confirmed, we will be in touch to confirm the timeline for processing your order. Email info@artistic-acoustic.com for a status update.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. All addresses must have a person available to sign for the package. Small, medium, and large artworks are packed individually and shipped via FedEx (domestic) or DHL (international). Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and an artwork's dimensions, weight, and value. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.​

Our products are made-to-order just for you and are not eligible for returns.

Once an order is placed, we accept a 24-hour window to make any changes. If you would like to review the color, pattern, and texture before you make a purchase, you may order samples with us.

​If you are unhappy with your selections, you may exchange your product for a another product in the amount of your original order value within 14 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for proper packaging to ensure the art is not damaged during return shipment and for shipping fees.

​In the unlikely event that there is a workroom error, please provide us photographs of the shipping box & detailed shots of the damage in your email, along with your order number. We will work with you to resolve the matter, but refunds or merchandise credit will not be issued.
